Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Brandon Business Machines, Inc., trading as AssurITy Solutions ("AssurITy", "we", "us"), 505 W. Robertson St, Brandon, FL 33511. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They do not replace or amend the Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or any other contract you may hold with us. Those documents govern the services we deliver, and where they conflict with this page, they control.

What this website is

This site describes our services and lets you contact us. Everything on it is provided for general information. Service descriptions, tier contents, and capability summaries are written to be accurate and are reviewed regularly, but they are marketing material, not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver any particular scope. Pricing is not published here; your rate is set in a written proposal after we review your environment.

Using the site

You may view, download, and print pages from this site for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not:

Information you send us

When you submit our contact form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send passwords, account credentials, payment card details, protected health information, or other sensitive data through this website. It is not the right channel for it, and we will ask you to resend anything of that nature by a secure route.

How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

This site links to services we use and to our client portal, which is operated on a third-party platform. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and current, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. Nothing on this page affects the service commitments in a signed agreement.

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law. Content on this site is general information, not technical, security, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
